Project Details - Phase II - A

At the foot of the hills, projects covering 3 villages - Cheng-ISKCON-Pet, Kota & Kondaveedu.

A. Cheng-ISKCON-Pet, Extent Of Land: 70 Acres

Projects to be undertaken:

1. A magnificient temple for ancient Lord Butter-Krishna:                                                                                      Estimated Cost Rs.80 Crores
A magnificient, monumental temple which encompasses a land area of 50 acres. The temple surroundings will host pavilions for different attractions from Mahabharata and Ramayana.

This new temple for the 13th Century Deity of Lord Butter-Krishna will be the nucleus of the park. (The 6th Devaraya King had established the current temple for Lord Butter-Krishna 350 years ago, when the Lord moved form Kota Vil.)
2. An International School:
Estimated Cost Rs.5 Crores
We are guilty of many erros and many faults but our worst crime is abandoning the children, neglecting the fountain of life. Many of the things we need can wait. The child cannot wait, Right now is the time her bones are being formed, Her blood is being made, and her senses are being developed. To her we cannot answer "Tommorrow". Her name is Today".
3. A Medical Centre:                                                                                                                                                          Estimated Cost Rs.1 Crores
ISKCON doctors give free treatment to the patients in rural villages in and around mainly women and children who would otherwise have no access to medical assistance at all.
4. Religious Theme Park:                                                                                                                                                 Estimated Cost Rs.10 Crores
The theme park is intended to provided a unique blend of religion, science, education and entertainment.
5. Water Park:                                                                                                                                                                     Estimated Cost Rs.1 Crores
IKSHR project will include water parks and beautiful fountains.
6. Food Courts/Restaurants:                                                                                                                                         Estimated Cost Rs.50 Crores
IKSHR project will include Food Courts with international cuisine where delicious karma- free food is served
7. Museums:                                                                                                                                                                         Estimated Cost Rs.5 Crores
The park will also have a world-class museum highlighting the age-old arts and cultural heritage of India.
8. Giant Screen Multimedia theatres:                                                                                                                             Estimated Cost Rs.5 Crores
The IKSHR project will have giant-scren sound and light shows depicting the past times (leelas) from the Mahabharata & Ramayana
9.Multipurpose Cultural Auditorium:                                                                                                                             Estimated Cost Rs.5 Crores
The IKSHR project will have a multipurpose cultural auditorium to stage and promote Indian music, dance and drame.
10. Adequate Parking Facilites and Public Amenities:                                                                                            Estimated Cost Rs.20 Crores
